Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oriaparis.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your case and assist you with a replacement or store credit.


2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The package was lost in transit (as confirmed by the carrier)

If eligible, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Orders cannot be refunded because of buyer’s remorse or delayed delivery if the package is still in transit.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your case qualifies, we will send a replacement of the same item.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order is already being processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

OriaParis is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order is lost before delivery, please contact us and we will assist you.
