1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to most countries around the world.

2. How long does delivery take?

Our current estimated delivery time is:

  • US, Canada, Europe: 5–10 business days

  • UK, Australia, New Zealand: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

3. Where do you ship from?

We ship from trusted fulfillment centers located in the US and international warehouses, depending on product availability and your location.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
If you need help tracking your order, email us at support@oriaparis.com.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

We accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of placing your order.
After 2 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled or changed.

6. Do you accept returns?

No — for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any jewelry items.

7. Do you accept exchanges?

Yes — only if there is a real problem with your order, such as:

  • Damaged item

  • Defective item

  • Wrong item received

  • Package lost by the shipping carrier

If this happens, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@oriaparis.com with photos/videos.

We will send a free replacement once approved.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued in these cases:

✔ The item arrived damaged
✔ The item is defective
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The carrier confirms the package was lost

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Customer address mistakes

  • Delays still in transit

  • Change of mind or preference

9. My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it — what do I do?

Please check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office.
Carriers sometimes mark items delivered a day early.

If the carrier confirms it was lost, we will send a replacement.
If the carrier marks it delivered, we cannot refund or replace the order.
